·        Which are the bills for which the status is available in the web site ?

 

       The status of only those bills which have been submitted at Stores Accounts, Office of  FA&CAO/S&W/PER by those SUPPLIERS who had opted for EFT/NEFT mode of payment is available in this web site.

 

·        Who can Access ?

 

       Any Supplier who has opted for EFT/NEFT mode of payment and getting payments through EFT/NEFT can make use of this facility.  For getting this facility he has to register through the Registration link provided. Registration is a one  time process. A vendor id and Password will be allotted on successful registration.    Using the vendor id and password the supplier can login using the login link and access his bill details.

* Fresh Registration required  in the web page, whenever there is any change in bank particulars.

 

·        What is NEFT ? 

 

 NEFT  stands for  National Electronic Fund Transfer  where payment is made through Reserve Bank of  India directly into the suppliers’ bank  accounts. 

 

·            What  facilities are available in the web site ?

 

The site contains list of   bills submitted with effect from 19-09-2003 (EFT) / 22-07-2008 (NEFT) for payment through EFT/NEFT at the office of  FA&CAO/S&W/PER and their status.  

 

·           How often the site will be updated ?

 

             Initially the web site will be updated every day.  Later on frequency of updation will increase.

 

·            What are the future plans ?

            

            In   future  it  is  proposed  to  provide  list  of  bills registered for the supplier to his email id.   In other words acknowledgement of the receipt of bills will be done electronically.

 

·         What are the benefits one derives by opting for EFT / NEFT?
